📍 DAY 1 – From Barcelona to the Gateway of Costa Brava
Barcelona → Mataró → Blanes → Lloret de Mar → Tossa de Mar
Approx. distance: 140–160 km
Departure from Barcelona following the Maresme coast to Mataró.
The route continues towards Blanes, considered the official gateway to the Costa Brava.
From here, one of the most exciting riding sections begins: the road between Lloret de Mar and Tossa de Mar, packed with Mediterranean coastal curves and spectacular viewpoints.
Overnight in Tossa de Mar.
📍 DAY 2 – The Heart of the Costa Brava
Tossa de Mar → Sant Feliu de Guíxols → Palamós → Palafrugell → Begur
Approx. distance: 120–140 km
The route continues hugging the Mediterranean towards Sant Feliu de Guíxols, featuring one of Catalonia's most stunning coastal drives.
We then arrive in Palamós, famous for its fishing port and excellent gastronomy.
The road carries on to Palafrugell, an area renowned for its hidden coves and fishing villages.
The stage ends in Begur, one of the most beautiful towns on the Costa Brava, offering breathtaking views from its castle.
Overnight in Begur or surrounding area.
📍 DAY 3 – To the Wild Edge of the Mediterranean
Begur → Cadaqués → Figueres
Approx. distance: 160–180 km
Heading further north to the spectacular Cap de Creus, one of the wildest landscapes in the Mediterranean.
Arrival in Cadaqués, arguably the most beautiful village on the Costa Brava and famous for its connection to Salvador Dalí.
The route then leaves the coast for the first time, heading towards Figueres, home to the world-renowned Dalí Theatre-Museum.
Overnight in Figueres.
📍 DAY 4 – Returning through Inland Catalonia
Figueres → Girona → Fogars de la Selva → Llinars del Vallès → La Roca del Vallès → Montmeló → Barcelona
Approx. distance: 160–180 km
The day begins by heading to Girona, one of Catalonia's most beautiful historic cities.
From here, the route turns inland through quiet backroads and rural landscapes, passing through Fogars de la Selva, Llinars del Vallès, and La Roca del Vallès.
Before returning to Barcelona, we pass by Montmeló, home to the Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya (F1 & MotoGP track).
Final arrival in Barcelona.
